•             To manage the Principles wardrobes in all aspects to an exceptional high standard of details including laundering, dry cleaning, mending, steaming & pressing, ironing and taking care of hand wash / special care items;

•             To create a logical travel manual of the wardrobe, (taking in consideration, colour, weather, accessories, formal/informal, sport-ware, etc.);

Professional experiences

May 2007 – August 2008: Waiter. As a waiter C within the restaurant I worked efficiently as part of a team serving large group events.

I was responsible for greeting new customers and escorting them to their tables, submitting guest menu selections and presenting the food and beverage preferences to clients, serving the specialty dishes at tables.

September 2008 – June 2009: Waiter. As a waiter B I provided customer service for up to forty clients every day in a timely and

professional manner.

I was responsible

•             to take orders, to serve dishes at tables according to orders;

•             to recommend wines and other drinks to customers.

I also assisted the managers to clean and close the restaurant after the hours.

July 2009 – June 2011: Waiter. As a bar-waiter B I assisted clients in menu decisions, insured immediate response upon

order call and offered prompt service for new and current customers.

I also assisted the Head Barman in closing the bar and maintaining the cleanliness in the bar area.

July 2011 – June 2013: Waiter. As a waiter B, I was efficiently and promptly performing à la carte service for up to twenty customers every day.

My main duties included:

•             taking orders, serving dishes at tables according to orders;

•             recommending wines and other drinks to clients ensuring the customer satisfaction at all times.

September 2013 – November 2013: Butler. The main responsibilities include:

•             the day to day running of the household;

•             the supervision of 14 staff;

•             the cleaning and maintenance of all silver, brass, antiques, art and other objects of value;

•             the wine cellar and purchasing of wines;

•             making inventory of the residence;

•             chauffeuring and taking care of the vans and cars of the family;

•             the service and supervision of all formal and informal dinners, luncheons and events;

•             looking after the many houseguests;

•             making hotel, restaurant and theatre reservations.

March 2014 – May 2015: Butler. The main responsibilities for Bespoke Wedding include PA activities:

•             creating the wedding plan;

•             preferences, allergies, dislikes and likes list for groom & bride;

•             bespoke tailoring book for groom & bride;

•             suppliers bespoke wedding agenda (companies name, phone numbers, e-mails,          addresses, contact persons);

•             creating for bespoke wedding personalized invitations, menu cards, wine list, spirits &               cocktails list, sitting plan, name cards & present envelopes;

•             creating objects of inventory list;

•             Civil & Religious Ceremony book and more.

 

Butler activities:

•             looking after the couple (groom & bride),

•             making the arrangement for picking the couple from airport, greeting them and escort them together with their personal chauffeur until the hotel;

•             making the check-in (prior pre-check-in) at the hotel for couple on behalf of Platinum Services;

•             serving their breakfast, luncheon and diner in the suite upon their request;

•             reservations for restaurants, clubs and other social events during their stay in Cyprus;

•             unpacking and packing the couple suitcases, polishing the shoes, and more;

•             arranging their clothes in wardrobe, ironing the shirts, suits and ties or send them to the dry cleaner department;

•             serving the couple during Gala Dinner.
